![]() Just make sure to keep your eyes (and other parts of your body) off of them. In 6, even when trying to save the world from her cousin, she takes time out to kick the ass of whoever's attacking the Kazama dojo (or at least, she thinks is attacking it, and if you play as Lei, it's implied that she's really just in a ferment over the whole problem with Jin). By the second Tag game it seems to be a full time job - a "Gang Mediator". Counter-Attack: To be expected for someone whose style incorporates Aikido, Asuka, like a few other characters, has a reversal move that counters high/mid punches and kicks with a throw. In Lili's ending, she usurps (by paying people) Asuka's role just to piss her off. Demoted to Extra: In her debut title, Asuka was shown to contain mysterious powers that mitigated the Devil Gene's effect on Jin, plus the fact she's a Kazama like her aunt Jun, implying that she'll have an important role in future plots regarding the Mishima bloodline curse.Cute Bruiser: Cute as she is, she's very brash and unafraid to really get into fights.Curb-Stomp Battle: She is the victim of one at the hands of Kazuya and later (less brutal one) Paul in the Tekken Pachinko game, and she also loses to Feng in the later's ending for Tag 2.Asuka's reversal, however, has a much more lenient timing window than other counters, and it has a unique property where she can extend the reversal window by holding down the input. Faux Action Girl: Despite supposedly being a formidable fighter who can take on her family members who either are physically stronger than her or are powered by a supernatural power (often both) in a Pachinko FMV she was shown getting her Osaka butt handed to her by Kazuya and she didn't get any hits in the fight. The Dreaded: In her Tag 2 ending, she causes two local gang bosses to bow to her in fear, and they berate their men for not doing the same.Did You Just Flip Off Cthulhu?: In Devil Jin's T5 story mode.(Although Lili does casually mention in 7 that Asuka's lineage might cause her to get tangled up in the Mishimas' family mess.) However, the following two games largely focusing on the Mishimas' rivalry, that aspect of her gets ignored in favor of her rivalry with Lili. She had to be saved by Jin or she surely would have died. ![]() In Tag 2 Feng's ending, she tries to take her dojo's sign back from Feng, but ends up being humiliated by him.In all fairness, this is Kazuya we're talking about. Giving Someone the Pointer Finger: Practically her non-verbal catchphrase.Generation Xerox: To Jun Kazama, necessitating Divergent Character Evolution for the latter in Tag 2.Facepalm of Doom: Her Aki Nage throw, and her Rengetsu and Falling tower move.Although it can be argued that it's not a canonical ending, as a typical "what if" ending, it does show that the likes of Feng are way beyond her league, let alone the Mishimas or Ogre.
